Reports have it that ticket scalping is pretty rampant in Hong Kong, either before the venues of big entertainment events and concerts, or on online. The prices could be inflated 5 to 6 times that of its original. Hong Kong is debating the effective measures to sanction scalping. Different interests groups have voiced their opinion, ranging from doing nothing to criminalizing the act of scalping. So who said what and why? Our correspondent, Renee Kwan, reports.
