Housing handover in Victoria a 'step towards self-determination'

A transfer of more than a thousand properties to an Aboriginal housing organisation is being described as a step towards greater self-determination. It's taken more than three decades to reach the decision which has seen the accommodation provider become the country's largest non-government owner of Aboriginal housing. Aaron reports.
