Ankle sprains are very common injuries.


There iss a good chance that while stepping on an uneven surface while watching at your mobile phone you sprain your ankle.​​​

A lot of time Chinese people would apply “Dit Da Jow” to the sprained area. However the inappropriate use of “Dit Da Jow” may cause further injuries. Rose Chen explains why it is the case and outlines the correct procedures.
