澳洲儲備銀行星期二宣布減息1/4厘，但四大銀行中，經已有銀行表示不會完全跟隨儲銀減息步伐，政府是否有義務作出干預？部份銀行減息比率低，對澳洲經濟及政府預算會否帶來衝擊？梁焱剛今日亦請嚟合富投資總裁理財會計師袁金泉作出分析。
