華人在復康方面,存在不少的謬誤。今天要談的,是關於走路對復康的用處。


許多人都會覺得走路有益身心,所以在復康方面,應該是有所幫助。

但原來很多時候,走路其實並不能夠幫助去除“功能障礙”,所以,物理治療師會使用一個叫做 SMART 的原則,為病人設計一套適合的活動。

在以下這節「健康快樂人」裏,雪梨大學物理治療學系講師 Allan Fu (傅澤倫) 跟溫楚良談到這方面。
