在對上兩次的《健康快樂人》環節中,我們談到膝關節炎。 溫楚良和註冊物理治療師吳黃玉桂 (Rosanna Ng) 討論到,膝關節炎的患者可以利用「士的」幫助減輕痛楚。 不過,選擇適合自己的「士的」其實是有學問的。另外,吳黃玉桂建議大家最好要做運動,例如走路和游泳,究竟它們如何幫助到膝關節炎的患者呢?
