Law and You: ALRC’s Report on Elder Abuse Regulations

In June this year, the Australian Law Reform Commission made its final report to the Federal Government regarding regulations related to elder abuse offences, making 43 recommendations. In this episode of Law and You, Winmas Yu asks Clifford To to briefly explain some of the recommendations made. It should be emphasised, however, that the new laws discussed here are subject to the legislation process and will not be implemented until the process is completed.
