Since Operation Dawn (Gospel Drug Rehab Centre) was first set up in Long Ke Wan, Sai Kung, it has undergone different phases of development. It became a government-subvented organisation in March 1998. It has seen a lot of ups and downs during the course of its development, and in mid-2000s, Lilian Yeh, the second child and only daughter of Operation Dawn founder Rev. John Paul Chan, was requested to return to Hong Kong from the US to help Operation Dawn out of the woods. Lilian in 2015 helped establish two Social Enterprises with the hope to offer their graduates job and new life opportunities. How does this come to fruition, and how are these two Social Enterprises able to help? Aaron has talked to Lilian.
