中國各個省份都有名菜,而新疆的大盤雞可以說是清真餐廳的代表菜色,如果你未試過這味特色菜,可以聽聽李太與楊蕙而的介紹,自己在家弄這味菜一點也不難。


材料:

冰鮮雞1隻(約1.8公斤),花椒1湯匙,薯仔4個,啤酒1小枝,尖咀青紅椒各1隻。

醃雞料:鹽1茶匙,胡椒粉少許

料頭:冰糖2粒,薑4片,蒜頭4粒,蔥4條,草果1粒,八角1粒,桂皮1片,香葉2片。
