有冇諗過如何同媽咪慶祝呢個母親節?


材料: 魚柳 500克(切一吋方粒), 大蝦 10隻(去殼,去腸), 蜆 18隻, 扇貝 8隻(去殼), 橄欖油 1湯匙, 大蒜一枝, 百里香碎香草 ½茶匙, 小茴香籽 ½茶匙, 白餐酒 兩湯匙,清雞湯 2½杯, 罐頭蕃茄粒 ½杯,鹽、胡椒粉 各適量,香檸蛋醬 少許。
香檸蛋醬材料: 蒜頭肉 2粒,蛋黃 1個, 檸檬汁 2茶匙, 橄欖油 2湯匙, 芥辣醬 ½茶匙, 蕃紅花 少許。
