有時看電視或想吃些點心,最方便就是在凍櫃拿出一些凍雞條或薯條,放在焗爐焗幾分鐘便很快有得食。不過,若果嫌雞條味道太淡,可以自己親手做,李太與楊蕙而為你介紹如何製造芥蜜脆雞條。


材料:
雞肉500克,粟米片碎2杯,杏仁片碎,白醋1湯匙,橄欖油1湯匙,熱水1湯匙,芥末醬2湯匙,蜜糖2湯匙,鹽半茶匙,胡椒粉少許,大青椒2隻。
