秋冬是南瓜的季節,南瓜除了可以用來做南瓜餅、南瓜湯,還可以做南瓜饅頭等美食,不過,李太與楊蕙而今日會介紹另一種南瓜的用處,就是用南瓜來做蜜糖醬了。


材料:南瓜350克,鮮奶100-150毫升,蜜糖2茶匙,鹽少許,果仁碎少許。
