材料:

粘米粉320克,清水960克,鹽1茶匙,乾蔥4粒 (切片),蒜蓉1茶匙,冬菇4隻,菜脯40克,免治豬肉80克,芫茜1棵(切碎),蔥1條(切粒)。

調味料:

蠔油1湯匙,生抽1茶匙,砂糖半茶匙,麻油、胡椒粉各少許。
