在冬天時,手腳經常會感到冰冷,多喝藥膳湯水會有助手腳保持暖和,李太與楊蕙介紹介紹如何煲這款美味又有益的藥膳排骨湯。


材料:
金沙骨500克,薑6片,清水8杯。
中藥材:
黑棗2粒,紅棗5粒(去核)。枸杞子1湯匙,桂圓肉5粒,黃芪、熟地各19克,甘草、桂枝、川芎、黨參、當歸各8克。
調味料:鹽適量。
