李太與楊蕙而為你介紹的這味湯,是適合素食人士在冬天飲用的營養湯水。只要採用一年四季都買到的菇類,既簡單、又營養豐富,加多一點粟粉水又可以變做「雜菌豆乳羹」。


材料:

無糖豆漿4杯,金菇100克,鮮冬菇100克,蘑菇100克,牛油1湯匙,蒜蓉1湯匙 

調味料:

幼鹽1/4茶匙,黑椒碎少許。

粟粉水:

粟粉2湯匙,清水3湯匙(拌勻)。
