冬天是吃煲仔菜的好時間,如果不喜歡吃太多肉,不如試試李太與楊蕙而介紹的素食煲仔菜-枝竹栗子炆冬菇。


材料:

冬菇8隻,炸枝竹2條,栗子肉16粒,榨菜絲3湯匙,清水3杯,薑2片,生抽1湯匙。

調味料:

老抽1湯匙,砂糖半茶匙,麻油少許,米酒1湯匙。

粟粉水:

粟粉1湯匙,清水2湯匙。
