Melbourne plane crash latest development

The pilot of a charter aircraft that crashed at Melbourne's Essendon Airport had been under investigation over a near miss at an alpine ski resort. The Australian Transport Safety Bureau has been carrying out an inquiry into the incident at Mount Hotham in 2015.
