MTR Compensation met with angry response

Two weeks ago, HKMTR’s service literally broke down because of software issue, and MTR has promised to compensate for travelers’ lost. Now MTR promised to half the price for Saturday travelers, but the compensation scheme was met with furious reactions from the City’s legislators, slamming its insincere and inadequate.
