Hong Kong residents are going to have their ID cards replaced starting from 27th December. It is no longer a difficult thing-to-do for Hong Kong residents living overseas as you can now make appointment online before travelling back to Hong Kong. In today's community interview, Selina has invited Mr. Chan Tin-chee, Assistant Director (Personal Documentation) from Hong Kong Immigration Department, to give us more details about replacing the new smart ID card.
