It would become known as the Global Financial Crisis, but, to many, its centrepiece was New York, September 2008, the day the banking giant Lehman Brothers filed for bankruptcy. Lehman Brothers' collapse would mark the largest and highest-profile casualty of the crisis that shook the world. September 15 marks 10 years since that day.
