Last month, the Chinese Premier Keqiang Li visited Australia. Sources say that Australia and China have not signed any agreement related to the "Northern Australia Infrastructure Plan" proposed by the Chinese government, meaning that Australia has rejected to participate in China's "One Belt, One Road" Development Strategy.
