The fundraising body that has embroiled cabinet secretary Arthur Sinodinos in a campaign finance scandal did not tell NSW authorities it received almost $1 million in donations for the 2011 state election. Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull has been accused of protecting Mr. Sinodinos by refusing to stand him aside over a political donations scandal. Chowai Cheung reports.
