Paul Chung was sentenced to life due to drug trafficking in Thailand. After spending almost 22 years in prison, he was released but found the society has changed so much that he felt like a stranger.

However, because of the assistance offered by Rebekah Chan, founder of Le Fournil Boulangerie et Patisserie, a social enterprise in Hong Kong, he has become a baker and is happily married to a Hong Kong doctor.

He shares his life story with Aaron.
