Philippines Election and South China Sea dispute

Rodrigo Duterte looks set to be declared to the winner of presidential elections in the Philippines, with provisional voting results giving him a huge lead. In his interview with CNN's affiliate in Philippines, he has mentioned about having a multilateral meeting to discuss the solve the South China Sea problem.
