Victoria state election is going to be held this Saturday. One week ago, Mr Bon Nguyen, Federal President Vietnamese Community Association (VCA), made an announcement to against that the Victorian Labor government has secretly signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with China about its One Belt, One Road policy. Mr Nguyen called the Vietnamese Community to speak out through the election. Mr Bon Nguyen shared his views with SBS Mandarin.
