Hong Kong Housing Authority has voted to increase the parking lot rental fee, affecting more than 30,000 parking lots under its management. The reason being to reflect the pressure of inflation rate and higher maintenance fee. But the move attracted outcry from the community.



But first, our correspondent, Renee Kwan, will report a double suicidal case. Involved were two aged couples, who killed themselves complaining ageing and sickness.  This case has given extensive attention  in the community.
