With less than three weeks to go until voting day, campaigning yesterday saw the Turnbull government pouring a billion dollars into protecting the Great Barrier Reef from threats under the sea and on land.And the Opposition started the week pledging to scrap the Coalition's National Broadband Network and resume Labor's original fibre-to-the-premises plan.Aaron reports.
