An overhead television camera suspended by cables has crashed to the ground in the Olympic Park in Rio, slightly injuring at least three people. Television images showed two of those hurt looking dazed, sitting on the ground. One woman, bleeding from her head as medics arrived, was taken away on a stretcher.
