Japan's Shinzo Abe has made a rare visit to China in a sign of improving relations. Mr. Xiaoming Xue, who studying for the doctor degree of Political economy from Sydney University, told SBS Mandarin that Japan is good at speculation and generally stands on the side of the strong. Then did Shinzo Abe’s visiting China mean that China has the upper hand in the US-China trade war?
