Retail giant Myer has banned staff Christmas parties in December, telling its workers they must postpone celebrations until January 2019, to cater for a busy and important Christmas trading period. James, Selina, and Ivan have discussed whether this measurement from the store is sensible and whether people nowadays have focused too much on shopping and spending during the Christmas period?
