Shuguang Haiyang - how to overcome sea sickness (Part 2)

Shuguang Haiyang has completed the Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race, winning the cruising division and coming 76th out of 108 entries on line honours. Admittedly she was 2nd last to finish and the only entry in the cruising division. Given that it was the toughest race weather wise for quite a few years, resulting in 31 retirements, it was a very good result to finish.They raced with a full Chinese crew, some of whom have around the world sailing experience. In Part 2, Aaron interview its skipper Dong Qing, and crew member Lyn Li regarding how they dealt with crew members who experienced with sea sickness, and the other challenges that they faced in the race.
