Sydney Notebook: New Sydney CBD Light Rail to be opened by end of 2019

1. The new Sydney CBD and South East Light Rail paved its last one kilometre of tracks, with the NSW Premier slated for the service to be opened by end of next year. 2. Properties in the Sydney market are continued to take longer to sell, with owner of one property in Sydney West took over two months to sell after lowering the sale price. 3. Expenses increased in all NSW local government areas, with Council rate to rise as much as 2.7% next year. 4.
