Relentless rain on sodden paddocks is preventing Tasmanian farmers from planting spring crops, and some say the tipping point has past for getting most onion crops in the ground. Over the past week some parts of Tasmania have received more than 200mm of rain, coming on the back of an unprecedented wet winter season. Aaron has the details.
