Technology World - Technology has been used in sports to assist the referee or enhance viewing pleasure for a very long time. Hawk-Eye technology which is used for line calling in tennis matches has been around for 18 years. The virtual imaging technology used in swimming tournaments was first officially used in Sydney 2000 Olympics. Technology specialist Mr Joe Yu talks about how these technologies work.
