Technology World: A listener said that he has received calls from someone claiming be employee from a large company. The caller said his computer has been infected with a very bad virus and need to download some software. In fact it was scam. Jennifer talks to KK how should we deal with this kind of situation and what remedy should we take to clean up the computer?
