Australian authorities say I-S propaganda is still having a significant impact in Australia.

Victorian police say three men arrested over an alleged I-S-inspired terrorist plot in Melbourne aimed to kill as many people as possible and had tried to source a semiautomatic rifle.

The arrests come after a joint investigation between Victoria Police, ASIO and the Australian Federal Police that began in March. The men remain in custody.
