Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull's first anniversary of becoming the nation's leader has been a busy one. The Government has introduced its 6.3-billion-dollar omnibus bill of savings measures into parliament. That has passed the House of Representatives and is already being debated in the Senate, where it is expected to pass. And Mr Turnbull has introduced the legislation for the Government's planned same-sex marriage plebiscite into the House, but its fate is less certain.
