Turnbull orders royal commission into Top End detention

Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull says there will be a royal commission into what he calls a culture of torture-like treatment of children held in detention in Australia's Top End. He says the royal commission will also investigate whether there has been a deliberate cover-up of the issue. The inquiry follows damning footage of teenage inmates being abused at the Don Dale Youth Detention Centre airing on the ABC. Mr Turnbull says the footage has raised many questions which need quick answers and a definitive solution. Aaron reports.
