United Nations imply new sanction measurement aginst North Korean after H-bomb test proclamation

The United Nations Security Council says it will implement new measures against North Korea, in emergency talks following North Korea's announcement it had successfully tested a miniaturised hydrogen bomb on Wednesday. The test, the fourth time North Korea has exploded a nuclear device, was ordered by young leader Kim Jong Un, and marks a significant advance in its strike capabilities, Ivan and Selina report.
