Victorian Election Issue: Is African Gang a myth or a threat?

It has been around the news that there was an African gang in Melbourne, posting a threat to all Melbournians. But does this gang ever exist? Some politicians, State and Federal, said it did. But t was flatly rejected by Victorian Police and State Government. So it begs the question whether African Gang is a myth or a threat. We interviewed the SBS Senior Producer of Dinka Language, Ajak Deng Chiengkou to shed us some light about the issue. He said it was more a settlement issue rather a crime issue
