New South Wales Premier Mike Baird has taken to Facebook to defend his Government's lockout laws, saying the campaign against it is creating "hysteria".His response comes as Sydney's Lord Mayor Clover Moore weighed in on a debate about whether police were too heavy handed when dealing with an inner-city restaurant at the weekend.Aaron has more.
