Is your diet healthy?

The 'Be SEEDsational' holistic healthy lifestyle campaign has been developed by Anne Roze, founder of Yummy Times Group, following more than 25 years of research into climbing global issues and increasingly poor eating habits.  According to research, obesity rates continue to rise in Australia and, while those born in Australia are more overweight than Australians born overseas, the longer migrants spend in the country, the more they fall into the unhealthy trend.

To combat this, the Be SEEDsational campaign encourages people of all ages and demographics to eat and live according to the seasons for a more nourishing, sustainable and active life.  Selina Kong interviewed a representative of the campaign, Lisa Chen, to talk about the healthy living movement.
