What should you do to protect your privacy on internet?

In December 12th of 2016, the ABC website reported University of Melbourne and other institutions jointly conducted an experiment, in which Pre-teens used the metadata to find the whistleblower in an informant leaking issue in an industry.The experiment only provides the email address to which the confidential files were disclosed by the Whistleblower.Participating in the experimental, pre-teens who are only around 10-year-old spent less than two hours to do the search and analysis of metadata, after which successfully found the Whistleblower's mailbox, phone and address. The fastest group even spent less than 1 Hour.Internet has become an indispensable part of our daily lives. What should we do to protect our personal information much more better? What if my information is compromised?Professor Kai Chen from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, who specializes in network information security, accepted SBS Mandarin Program's interview. Firstly, he introduced how the Pre-teens found the whistleblower in the experiment.
