Today is International Women's Day and there are a few organisations have released their reports on women's pay. Most of these reports found that unequal wages between men and women seem to have no improvement. One report even found that women are always worse off than their male counterpart at all the stages of their lives. Just how bad was the situation? Selina Kong and Ivan Leung report.
