香港殘酷虐待動物個案可謂屢見不鮮。這些案件也激起愛護動物團體爭取對狠毒主人加以嚴懲。



香港漁護署日前發出諮詢文件,就修訂《防止殘酷對待動物條例》搜集民意三個月,建議提高殘酷對待動物的罰則至最高監禁 10 年,並終身禁養動物。
