Chinese-Australian artist uses calligraphy to engage with tradition

Bryan Mew, who immigrated to Australia at a young age and grew up in an environment with little exposure to the Chinese language, says he once questioned the value of learning Chinese. Through his art, he hopes to offer younger generations of Chinese-Australians a path to self-discovery and cultural reconnection.
