More than two years after Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull vowed to put innovation at the centre of the coalition's economic policy, a key government advisor appears to be questioning his realisation of the promise. Dr Roy Green, an expert adviser to the 2015 Senate Innovation System inquiry, has told the ABC he hopes to see serious commitment to research and innovation in the upcoming federal budget.
