Growing momentum to change names linked to colonial violence

There's growing momentum for some Australian place names to be changed over their links to an often-violent settlement history. Reconciliation campaigners have turned their attention to the electorate of Batman in Melbourne's north. They say its pioneer namesake was responsible for the murder and dispossession of Aboriginal people.
