Zrinka Lovrenčić is the director and owner of Great Place to Work® Australia, a company specialising in helping organisations become desirable workplaces. Migrating with her parents from Croatia when she was 8 years old, Zrinka could not speak any English when she first started school in Sydney. When an opportunity came along to purchase the company she was working for at the time, she did not hesitate. At 28 she started building a successful business and is setting a great example for young women everywhere.
