Ino Kuvačić: "Dalmatia" cookbook is my own experience of traditional Dalmatian cuisine

Ino Kuvačić, Australian Croatian chef will publish a cookbook with the traditional Dalmatian recipes, called "Dalmatia". SBS is publisher of this Cookbook which will be launched in May.
